During a period when coverage options were scant for housing authorities, GHARRP emerged as a strategic ally, harnessing collective purchasing power to devise an enhanced coverage program.

This allows us to accommodate necessary changes in response to new programs in affordable and assisted housing sectors, such as the RAD program. As HUD programs evolve, GHARRP maintains a dynamic approach, broadening its coverage scope to mirror the evolving needs of our members.
GHARRP operates as an Interlocal Risk Management Agency (IRMA), holding a license from the State of Georgia and enjoying approval from HUD. We stand at the forefront of risk management, ready to safeguard the assets and ventures of our members across Georgia.
