Housing Authority Requirements & Benefits
- Member Housing Authority will install product (GHARRP- insured units only) and provide documentation of unit numbers & installation.
- Deductible waived if there is a stove fire and the cooktop fire suppression system product has been installed.
- This program is voluntary and for a one-time purchase only. Replacement of units after the life span of the product is the responsibility of the housing authority.
- Member Housing Authority will sign a hold harmless agreement with Board. Invoice will be issued by GHARRP.
